We believe women need to have a chance to make it in recovery. Through research and through our outreach work and running winter shelters for the homeless we found that the number one thing missing in the recovery community is a great sober living home and community for home for women.

We thought and thought on this and decided creating and operating a women’s sober living home was where we needed to focus our attention, and then The Phoenix Recovery House was born.

A 12 month program, The Phoenix Recovery House not only focuses on sobriety but also on empowering women to give them the confidence they need to overcome addiction.

Our program incorporates the foundation of AA and it will also include therapy, coping skills education, life skills, job readiness, and an atmosphere that feels like a home and not an institution.

We believe women in recovery are more than addicts. We help them gain their confidence.
